Refund policy

Here at Impulse Agencies, we aim to keep our customers happy, and we have a simple returns policy in place. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please notify us of your decision to return items within 30 days of receipt of goods by e-mail at info@impulseagencies.com and we can advise of returns options, and a convenient method to return goods.

To ensure a full refund, the item(s) to be returned are required to be unused, and must have all original packaging undamaged and intact. To guarantee delivery, we'd recommend that you send back your return using a tracked service.

DAMAGED AND REJECTED GOODS

As the customer you must inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt; you’ll be deemed to have accepted the goods in good condition as per your invoice, unless you notify us within 7 days that the goods are damaged and rejected, or not as per invoice. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)

If you have not notified us as above, we’ll consider the products as being of satisfactory quality and condition and quantities as outlined as per invoice, and may not accept any damaged and rejected items or issues at a later date.

If goods purchased from us through this website have been damaged in transit we will refund or exchange them and bear all transport charges.  When returning any items, we’d recommend that you hold on to proof of shipping as we can’t take responsibility for any parcels that might get lost in transit.

PAYMENT REFUNDS (CARD PAYMENTS)

The card used for the purchase will be credited with full original purchase and delivery costs. The returned product must be received by Impulse Agencies before the refund or replacement can be issued.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, we cannot cancel the transaction. The order will be considered valid and the customer will remain liable for the full payment until the goods are returned.
